WELCOME TO GREENS OF PARK RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Our community, the GoPR, is one of several private communities within Park Ridge. The GoPR, HOA is your local community association, representing all 111 homes within the GoPR. The Park Ridge (PR), HOA, commonly referred to as "The Master HOA" represents all sub-associations within Park Ridge. The GoPR is considered a sub-association of the PR, HOA.

Each association plays a distinct role with regard to the services provided. The GoPR supports your local community and includes the maintenance of the common areas, (roads, landscaping, signs within the GoPR to include insurance) and street snow removal. The PR HOA supports community wide trash removal, the pool, maintenance of common areas, storm water management, fountain maintenance, and Insurance for Park Ridge

Important Information!

Upcoming Road Work in the Community

Rose Paving LLC will be onsite to perform full asphalt rehabilitation on all roads throughout the Community. Road work is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5, 2026, and last through October 8, 2026. All scheduled work is weather permitting.

Please note the following:

  • Please see the flyer attached to this letter to see the date your street will be affected.
  • Your vehicle MUST be removed from the street by 7:00 AM on your scheduled date to avoid being towed at the owner's expense. We ask that you park your vehicles in your garages and in driveways. We would highly recommend any homeowners who will need to leave to remove their vehicles from the driveway if it is in the phase of the day, as it can help avoid delays and damage to vehicles from driving through the construction.
  • Please refrain from cutting grass on your scheduled workday and keep your windows closed, as work will produce a lot of dust.
  • Landmarc has arranged for trash service to be suspended on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
  • Streets will be closed overnight for each phase and will reopen the following morning by the contractor, before the next phase begins.

Additional Parking Information

  • You may park on any street within the Greens that is not having road work done that day! We ask you to please be courteous to your neighbors and do not block mailboxes or driveways.
  • The Merit School – Overnight parking will be allowed after 6:30 PM during the construction days. All vehicles must be removed from the Merit School parking lot by 7:00 AM.
  • Porter Branch Regional Library – Overnight parking will be allowed after 6:00 PM during the construction days. All vehicles must be removed from the library parking lot by 8:00 AM.

Please make sure that you promptly move your vehicles from the Merit School and the Library, as they both are working with the community to accommodate extra parking. We may need their assistance again for future work! Please also remember that each vendor may tow your vehicle at the owner's expense if your vehicle is not moved from their property by the times stated above.

    • ACC Forms

MEETING DATES
